The Most Advanced Depression Treatment Without the Financial Anxiety

Depression is one of the most common mental health conditions in Colorado, affecting nearly 1 in 5 adults each year. Unlike temporary sadness, clinical depression persists for weeks or months and can disrupt every part of life—your work, relationships, sleep, and even basic daily routines. Symptoms may include persistent sadness or emptiness, loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, changes in appetite or sleep, and thoughts of self-harm.

At Axis Integrated Mental Health, we take a comprehensive approach to depression treatment, combining therapy, medication management, and advanced options like Spravato® (esketamine) and deep transcranial magnetic stimulation (Deep TMS) for patients who haven’t responded to traditional care. With convenient locations in DTC, Boulder, Denver, and Westminster—as well as telehealth appointments available statewide—our compassionate team makes high-quality, insurance-covered depression treatment accessible when and where you need it most.

Explore Costs Before You Book

Don’t let cost anxiety be a barrier to treatment. Book a free financial consultation to understand costs and options before taking the next step. Insurance may cover more than you think. Use our free TMS cost calculator and Spravato Cost Calculator to get a rough estimate using your numbers. No call. No obligation. Just answers.

How do I know if I have clinical depression?

If you’ve felt persistently sad, empty, or hopeless for more than two weeks and it’s interfering with work, school, or relationships, you may be experiencing clinical depression. However, depression symptoms do not present the same way for everyone and can vary by gender. For instance, irritability, sleep disturbances (sleeping too much or too little), changes in weight or trouble concentrating can all be depression, but are also symptoms in other conditions. It’s important to get a professional opinion before self-diagnosing.

What if antidepressants helped my mood but not my motivation or brain fog?

It’s quite possible that you were misdiagnosed or you have a comorbid condition. 79% of antidepressants in the United States are prescribed my primary care physicians, not mental health experts with specialized psychiatric training. Moreover, standard practices do not have access to the most advanced treatments available or are up to date with the advances in mental health. No referral is necessary to see Axis, and we can collaborate with your existing care team to get a fuller picture of what might be happening, and what we can do to improve your mental health.

What if antidepressants haven’t worked for me?

If two or more medications haven’t helped, you may have treatment-resistant depression. Axis specializes in advanced treatments like Spravato and TMS that work in new ways.

What if I'm too depressed to manage the treatment process?

This is very common because depression can make it easy to become easily overwhelmed. Before you fill out another form, understand costs, scheduling, and the complexity of mental health treatment in the United States, check out our free resources like our Deep TMS cost calculator, our Spravato cost calculator or hear from our patients who were exactly in the same place you are in. We are here to support you across every step of the process. And if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call or text us at 720.400.7025.
